Our clinical supervision program is designed for post-master's students seeking licensure in Florida. We provide tailored guidance to help you fulfill the 100-hour requirement efficiently over a two-year period, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful licensing process.

 We help behavioral health and treatment organizations navigate accreditation and regulatory requirements with confidence. Our consulting services support organizations seeking The Joint Commission, LegitScript, and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) compliance and approval.

From initial preparation through the final site visit, we provide practical, hands-on support tailored to your organization. Services may include preparing and reviewing applications, identifying areas for improvement, assisting staff with necessary program changes, developing and updating required policies and procedures, and helping ensure your program is prepared to meet applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

We also provide on-site support during accreditation surveys, DCF inspections, and site visits, helping leadership and staff feel prepared, organized, and confident throughout the process.

Our goal is simple: to help your organization build strong systems, maintain compliance, and provide quality care while navigating the complexities of accreditation and regulatory requirements.

 Obtain DCF licensure by completing and submitting application through  the online PLADS application process, policy and procedure manuals for  all levels of care in adherence to 65D-30 and in conjunction with all  current and up to date laws and regulations. 

 Personnel, zoning issues, regulation concerns, revision, changes, or new laws, staffing needs, Monthly Program Improvement meetings with  meeting minutes report.  Ensuring facilities are kept abreast of all new changes and aiding in ensuring compliance

 Preparing the organization for surveys/audits through EMR , Human  Resource file reviews, and inspection of Physical space to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulating bodies.  Providing reports to owners,  managers, directors outlining findings and best-care practice  recommendations.  Being on-site for all surveys and audits.  

 We provide training for all staff. (HIV, Aggression Control,  HIPAA/Confidentiality are just a few of our list of services). We offer  many additional trainings as a “home study” approach so allow a smooth  transition of staff without financial burden to the organization.  Additional staff trainings also include clinical skill enhancement,  documentation requirements, techniques/theories practice, emergency  management, active shooters trainings, as well as prepare them to assist  clinical staff in working with aggressive clients, mental health  issues, cultural diversities and other pertinent topics.
